Singer was born on the 26th of November 1986 in Santa Monica California United States of America. She is the only daughter of Vincenzo Barba. At the age of six, her family relocated into Point Pleasant New Jersey. Her high school education in New Jersey at Red Bank Catholic High School. Following her graduation at Catholic University with a Bachelor's in Architecture and a Master's in Architecture, she continued to study at the college.
